"I needed someone to stain a new 3-level deck before it's final assembly. The structure was to be done in an opaque stain and the almost 100 redwood 2X6 boards in a semi-transparent stain on ALL sides and after being completely hand sanded. I had other popular DECK companies refuse to bid my job until it was totally assembled and I had to use their proprietary stains "ONLY". Franklin not only agreed to what I asked for but we worked together to get the premium stains at local vendors so I could always buy more later for any future work. They showed up everyday at 7am sharp and cleaned up at the end of each day. Jarid, the owner, would frequently update me to the jobs progress and check with me to make sure I liked the color and wood grain appearance before going all out. Hired Franklin Custom finish to finish up a wainscoting job at my home. I have to say these are the friendliest and honest and hard working group of contractors I have ever worked with. They did an amazing job on my home and I am hiring them next to redo the cabinets in my home. They were even kind enough to throw in a military discount for me. "This is a fantastic company. They are conscientious and do great work. It's hard to find people these days that will go the extra mile. The owner jarrid and his workers definitely do. My music room ceiling was literally falling down. They did a great job of repair, retape and texture. They even put screws every 6 inches so this will never happen again. Even in this heat and in a 2nd story very hot room they finished a day ahead of schedule. That gave me the time to have the carpeting cleaned which hadn't been done in 6 years.  This is my 2nd time using franklin custom finish. Just excellent both times."
